Welcome to Ripon and District Amateur Radio Society

We are a friendly club based in the picturesque city of Ripon, North Yorkshire. We meet weekly at our underground bunker every Thursday night at 1930 (local time!); please take a look at our contact page for directions.

We are an active club and members take part in a whole range of activities including :-

  • SSB Field Day
  • Jamboree on the Air (JOTA)
  • Mills on the Air
  • Club Championships

We can provide training and examination facilities for all three stages of the amateur radio license; these are Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced. We are also able to provide testing for the US FCC exams in conjunction with Darley ARC.

Why not call in and see us!

73 and hope to see you soon.
