The 17th IARU Region 3 Conference is being held in Seoul, Korea in a few weeks time and runs for a week. The WIA (Wireless Institute of Australia) Board has nominated Greg VK2GPK as delegate and Dale VK1DSH as observer to attend. The WIA will also send representatives to the WRC in 2019
